AILET BA LLB Qualifying Marks 2025
Per the AILET 2025 eligibility criteria, you must have secured at least 45% marks in class 12 or equivalent exams if you belong to the general category.

AILET BA LLB Educational Qualification 2025

AILET BA LLB Age Limit 2025
According to the AILET eligibility criteria, undergraduate programs have no maximum or minimum age limit.
123 seats are available for the National Law University, Delhi BA LLB program. Of these 123 seats, 10 are reserved for Foreign Nationals for direct admission into the five-year degree course.
Of the remaining 113 seats, 15% are reserved for the SC category, 7.5% for the ST category, and 3% for persons with disabilities.
The unfulfilled seats reserved for the SC category shall be assigned to the ST category and vice-versa. However, if the seats are still vacant, they will be filled by the general category.
Besides, 30% of seats should be filled by eligible horizontal reservations for women, including categories from foreign national and reserved quotas.
The selected students will be given preference in order of merit in each category.
Additionally, one extra seat is reserved for Kashmiri migrants, who must sit in the entrance examination and fulfil the eligibility criteria to procure admission.

Age Limit 2025
According to the AILET LLM Eligibility Criteria, there is no maximum or minimum age limit to apply for the LLM program, meaning those of any age group can apply for the LLM program.
Educational Qualification 2025
To be eligible to appear for admission to the LLM program, you should have passed LLB or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
If you are appearing for the qualifying examination in 2024 or waiting for results, you can apply for the entrance test.
However, to become eligible for admission, you must have completed your graduation with minimum qualifying marks at the time of AILET Counselling 2025.

Those in the SC/ST/ PwD category must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
AILET LLM Reservation Criteria
In 2023, the total number of seats in the AILET LLMcourse was 81, of which 15% were reserved for the SC category, 7.5% for the ST category, and 2.5% for persons with disability categories.
Five seats were allotted to foreign national students having citizenship from any country other than India.
