According to the AILET eligibility criteria, undergraduate programs have no upper age limit.
However, your minimum age should be 18 years to apply for the BA LLB program at the National Law University, Delhi.
If you belong to the general category, you must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an equivalent examination, securing less than 50% of the total marks in the aggregate.
Note: Foreign National students are exempted from taking the admission test.

There are 80 seats available for the BA LLB program at the National Law University, Delhi. Of 80 seats, 10% are reserved for Foreign Nationals for direct admission into the five-year degree course.
Of the remaining 75 seats, 15% are reserved for the SC category, 7.5% for the ST category, and 3% for persons with disabilities.

Suppose you are studying in a foreign country and willing to apply for the All India Law Entrance Test. In that case, you need to make sure to meet the AILET Exam Eligibility criteria given in the table below:

B.A LLB | You must have obtained a score of 65% marks in a higher secondary school examination or an equivalent examination. |
LLM | There is no requirement to appear in the AILET exam for the LLM program, and NLU will provide you admission based on the marks scored in LLB or any equivalent exam. |
