AILET PG 2027 Eligibility Criteria

• Compartment/Backlog Cases: Candidates who have a compartment or backlog in any subject in their qualifying LLB examination are not eligible for admission in that admission year, even if they clear the AILET PG exam itself. 
• Foreign Nationals / OCI / PIO: These candidates are exempted from writing the entrance exam entirely. Admission is based on academic record and, typically, an assessment of English communication skills, with seats filled directly on merit rather than through the AILET PG merit list.
