Bachelor Programmes - Bachelor of Design (B.Des) - Design	Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 24.  Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed the Plus 2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education / State Board New Delhi / Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi.	Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT).
Bachelor Programme - Bachelor of Fashion Technology (B.F.Tech.) - Technology	Age Limit: The candidate should not be more than 24. NIFT Hyderabad Admission Process

The admission process of NIFT Hyderabad to UG and PG courses is straightforward and is based on the merit obtained in the exam. There are three stages in the admission process: filling out the NIFT application form, appearing and clearing the entrance exam, and qualifying for the counselling round. NIFT Hyderabad Entrance Exam

The candidates have to clear the entrance exam conducted at both UG and PG levels. The exam is conducted at two levels, i.e. CAT and GAT. As per the official brochure, 50% weightage is offered for both tests. The final admission to the candidates is subjected to the candidates qualifying for the minimum NIFT cut-off marks.

Campus Facility

The NIFT Hyderabad campus is located in India’s IT hub, Shilparamam, in Hyderabad. The campus is designed to keep the city's vibrant nature in mind and has all the amenities that help promote cultural diversity. The permanent campus was established in 1999 to provide holistic growth to the students pursuing courses in the college.

Hostel Facility

NIFT Hyderabad also offers hostel facilities to the students on its campus. At present, the hostel facility is only for the girl’s students. The total capacity of the girl’s hostel is 238, of which 88 rooms are reserved for freshers and the remaining 150 rooms for seniors.

NIFT Hyderabad Placement 

NIFT Hyderabad has a dedicated placement committee that looks after training the students for the upcoming placement programmes. Per the brochure, the college accounts for 90% of placements to candidates studying in the different courses.
