• The  Call Letter includes specific details about the candidate such as Name, Date of Birth, Exam Center, etc.

The candidates who have already filled the UCEED Application Form and waiting for the Admit Card should follow these following steps to get their UCEED Hall tickets.

• Step 1- The candidate should visit the Official Website or click on the above download  link
• Step 2-The candidate should find the direct link of the UCEED 2020 Admit Card Download if she/he is on the website.
• Step 3-The candidate should Log In with the Registration Id and password.
• Step 4-The Hall ticket appears on the screen and the candidates should verify all the details
• Step 5- and  now download the admit card and
• Step 6-Lastly, he/she should take out 2,3 photo-copies of the same for future reference.

What details will be mentioned in the UCEED 2020 ADMIT CARD?

The UCEED 2020 Hall Ticket will have these following details on them. In case of any discrepancies regarding the Admit cards, the candidates can contact the exam conducting authority before 31st December 2019.

UCEED Exam day: Important Documents

The important documents that the candidates need to carry are as follows-

• UCEED 2020 Call Letter
• One valid Photo Id proof such as PAN Card or Voter Id or Passport or Driving License.
• The candidates should also 2 passport size photographs
• Blue/black pen 

List of Exam Centers

The UCEED Exam Centers will be mentioned on the UCEED Admit Cards. All the candidates have to select three centers while filling up the UCEED Application Form and they are alotted the exam center according to the number of applicants that selected the center for that year. The candidates may check their allotted exam centers in their Admit cards properly so that if any discrepancy arises they can contact the authority before time.

UCEED Exam day: What not to carry

The candidates are debarred from carrying a number of articles to the Exam Center on the day of the exam. The articles are as follows-

• The candidates are prohibited from carrying any kind of Electronic Devices with them inside the exam hall. For example, Smart Phones, Mobile Phones, Calculators, tablets, smartwatches, digital watches, etc.
• All the candidates are prohibited from carrying all kinds of books, journals, logbooks, and other study materials.
• They are also debarred from carrying any kind of loose sheets for rough work to the exam hall as the candidates will be provided with loose sheets by the exam conducting authority.
• No costly jewelry, for example, gold rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. will be allowed inside the exam hall.
• No caps, hats will be allowed to be carried by the exam appearing candidates.

UCEED Admit Card: Important Guidelines

• The candidates must reach the Exam Center 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
• No candidates will be allowed to enter the exam hall if he/she does not produce the admit card.
• No candidates will be allowed inside the exam hall if he/she fails to bring the required documents which are mentioned above in this page.
• Impersonation of every kind will be considered as a criminal offense and any candidates indulging in such will be disqualified from appearing in the exam.
• The candidates will be allowed to leave the exam hall only after the end of the allotted Exam Time and when the invigilator allows.

UCEED Admit card: How to solve Discrepancies?

The Last Date for solving the Admit Card Discrepancies is 31st December 2019. It is a must for the exam appearing candidates that they recheck all the details given in their Admit Card beforehand and in case if they find any form of discrepancy regarding their UCEED 2020 Admit Card, they may contact the Exam Conducting Authority. Any kind of error in the Admit Card details or problems related to Exam Centers or any inability in downloading the Admit Card should be made known to the authority immediately. The candidates facing any such discrepancies should be informed "To the Chairperson, JEE Advanced, UCEED & CEED, IIT Bombay as soon as possible.
