CLAT Merit List 2021
National Law University is responsible for publishing the merit list of CLAT 2021. It is noted that the CLAT Merit List is prepared based on the scores obtained by students in the entrance exam. The merit is published in descending order of rank, which means candidates with a higher score will be placed higher followed by candiadtes with lower scores. Candidates can check their merit list by logging into their dashboard.
- The CLAT Rank List will be released along with the results on the official website.
- The merit list will have details like All India Rank (AIR) and total marks obtained by the students in the exam.
- Candidates who will score above the CLAT Cut Off in the entrance exam will get shortlisted to the merit list.

How to Check the CLAT Rank List 2021?
The candidates of the exam need to log into the portal by putting the registration number and birth date to check the CLAT Merit List. After completing a successful login procedure, the candidate will get to see the result on the screen.
Steps to download the CLAT Rank List are as follows-
- Step 1: The candidate needs to enter into the official CLAT Consortium website.
- Step 2: Click on "CLAT 2021" tab in the header.
- Step 3: Under the Notification column, find the Merit List for UG and PG
- Step 4: Click on the desired PDF (UG or PG)
- Step 5: One must check their rank as per their Admit card number
- Step 6: Download the CLAT Merit List PDF for future reference

CLAT Merit List Preparation Process 2021
The Merit List is prepared by using the CLAT Scores. Candidates who will score the highest marks in the exam will be placed higher while students with fewer marks are placed lower. Candidates ranked higher in the merit list will be given first preference during the seat allotment process.
If two candidates get the same score in CLAT examination, then following Tie-Breaking procedure will be used by the exam conducting body.
- Candidates who score more marks in the Legal Aptitude section is placed in a higher position
- If both the candidates get the same score in Legal Aptitude, then the older candidate will get a higher position in the CLAT Merit list.
- If both are of the same age, then the computerized draw of lots will be conducted to decide who will get the upper position.

The exam conducting body released three provisional merit lists for UG and PG courses separately. Based on the merit list, candidates were called for the CLAT Counselling Process. After CLAT Rank List Scenario 2021
After releasing the CLAT Merit List, candidates will be shortlisted for counselling and seat allotment process as per the merit rank. The consortium will send call letters to the eligible candidates for attending the counselling process. Candidates with higher scores are called first for the CLAT Counselling followed by candidates with a lower score.
The Consortium will release the counselling list after the first round. The selected candidates have to deposit counselling fees of Rs. 50000/- to confirm their seat. Through the counselling process, candidates are provided admission in UG and PG courses at colleges accepting CLAT score.
CLAT Score Card 2021
The CLAT scorecard is an official document released by the exam conducting authorities along with the result. Candidates can download the scorecard through login into their dashboard. Roll number and date of birth are required to download the scorecard. The following details are mentioned on the CLAT 2021 scorecard.

CLAT Cut Off 2021
CLAT cut off is the minimum score that a candidate needs to score to clear the entrance examination. The cut off marks differ yearly depending on various factors such as the number of the applicants appeared for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, availability of seats, and the previous year cut off.
Last year, the cut off marks were for the general candidates 72.75, for schedule caste 49.75 marks, Schedule tribe 50 marks, and disabled candidates 48.5. According to the experts of AILET, the expected cut off marks for the general cast is going to be within 75 or 76, for schedule cast 62 or 63, and for schedule tribe 55 or 56.

CLAT Result 2020
Generally, the CLAT Result is published a month after the examination. The Consortium will declare the results for UG and PG courses separately. The results will be released in the form of a scorecard.
- CLAT 2021 result will be released in the form of a PDF on the official website.
- With the help of registration number and date of birth, candidates can check their result.

The consortium had published the first seat allotment list on the official website. The provisional allotment list include details like name of the candidate, admit card number, the application number, category of the candidate, and All India Rank.
