Has the AILET PG exam pattern changed recently?
Yes. NLU Delhi previously ran AILET PG as 100 MCQs plus 2 descriptive/essay questions, totalling 150 marks. That format has been discontinued.
AILET PG is now fully objective: 100 MCQs, 100 marks, with no descriptive section. If you're using older study material that still mentions descriptive questions or 150 total marks, that information is outdated.
Start preparing for AILET PG 2027 early if you want to clear it this year.
DU LLM admission, along with BHU LLM and several other CUET-participating universities, is now based entirely on your score in CUET PG LLM, the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programmes, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
