CUET PG Exam Eligibility Criteria 2024 for LLM

Before proceeding with the application form, candidates must check the CUET PG LLM Eligibility Criteria.

Here are the criteria that every applicant must satisfy to apply for the CUET PG Entrance Exam 2024.

Age Limit:

• There is no age limit to apply for the Common Universities Entrance Test for admission to PG courses.
• Candidates must fulfil the age criteria (if any) of the particular university where they are willing to get admission to the LLM program.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must have completed a three-four years LLB degree with at least 50 - 55% (university-specific) to be eligible for the CUET PG Law Exam 2024.
• However, 5% relaxation is offered for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy), and PwD categories.
• Those who are appearing for the final semester qualifying law exam in 2024 are also eligible to apply for the CUET PG LLM.

Seat Reservation: 

The agency follows the caste-based reservation policy as laid down by the central government. Here are the reservation policy norms followed by NTA:

CUET PG LLM Application Form 2024

• Candidates can fill out the CUET PG application form only online mode.
• They must fill out the form carefully, as it can lead to the cancellation of their candidature.

Follow the instructions given below while filling out the CUET PG LLM Application Form 2024:

Step 1: Registration Form:

• Register for the CUET PG LLM Online Application Form. 
• Enter the required details, create a strong PASSWORD and answer the Security Question.
• After successfully submitting the personal details, an Application number will be generated. Save the system-generated Application Number to relog in.

Step 2: Application Form:

• Fill up personal details, apply for the Paper, choose the Examination Cities, provide the details of Educational Qualifications, and upload the images and documents (if any).

Step 3: Fee Payment:

• After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates must pay the CUET PG LLM application fee.
• The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI Services.
• The Confirmation Page of the online CUET PG Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the candidate.
• In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee, then the candidate must approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway to ensure the successful payment or to obtain the refund of duplicate/multiple payments.
• Download, save and print a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application Form for future reference.

CUET PG LLM Exam Pattern 2024

• According to the official notification, CUET (PG) 2024 Exam is conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode, i.e., online mode.
• As per the CUET PG exam pattern, the question paper comprises 100 multiple-choice questions, and each question carries 4 marks. 
• Also, there is a negative marking of -1 marks for each wrongly answered question.

• Generally, authorities release the Common Universities Common Entrance Test Admit Card on the official website 10-15 days before the exam.
• You can download the CUET PG LLM admit card online by using your login credentials.
• You must carry the call letter to the exam centre without fail. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
