After the long wait of two years, on 3 February 2023, the Rajasthan High Court notified 57 vacancies for RJS Exam 2023. Soon, the online registration process for Civil Judge posts in the Rajasthan Civil Service (Judicial Branch) will commence.

Rajasthan Civil Judge Application Form 2023 will be released on the official website of the Rajasthan HC in online mode only. Candidates must fill out the form with relevant details and submit it with the applicable fee.

The Rajasthan Civil Judge application process is a one-time registration process. The following four steps are involved in the application process:

  4. Paying the application fee

Before proceeding with the application form, candidates must check whether they meet the Rajasthan Civil Judge Eligibility Criteria.

Documents Required to Submit with Rajasthan Civil Judge Application Form 2023 

Before proceeding with the Rajasthan Judicial Services Application Form, candidates must keep the following documents handy:

  • Class X passing certificate and mark sheet
  • Class XII passing certificate and mark sheet
  • Graduation Marks Sheet
  • Passing Certificate of the Graduation
  • Bachelor of Law (professional) degree and mark sheets
  • Birth certificate or certificate of secondary/higher secondary/senior secondary school, date of birth mentioned on the certification by the recognized board of education.
  • Certified copies of the Ten judgments of which the candidate has furnished particulars while submitting the online application form
  • Original Certificate from District Judge concerned/ Registrar of concerned High Court/Supreme Court in the prescribed format.
  • Attested copy of Bachelor of Law (Professional) Degree
  • Attested copy of Enrolment Certificate/Sanad
  • Original Character Certificates of two responsible persons not related to him issued not before six months from the application form's submission date.
  • Original 'No Objection Certificate of Department for appearing in the examination and proof of length of service (if any)
  • Certified copy of Judgement/Order relating to conviction or acquittal (if any)
  • Certified copy of registered FIR (if any)
  • Certified copy of Charge-sheet filed in a Court of Law (if any)
  • Certified copy of the negative final report filed in a Court of Law and order passed thereon regarding acceptance/rejection/present status, if any
  • Attested copy of Order relating to permanently Debarring/Disqualifying from appearing in any Examination or interview (if any)
  • Attested copy of Order relating to Professional Misconduct under Advocates Act, 1961 or any other Law for the time being in force(if any)
  • Certificate of Employment and NOC (for employees of Rajasthan State Government/ Panchayat Samiti / Zila Parishad/ PSUs/Corporations).
  • Evidence of conviction for any offence involving moral descent and permanently debarred or disqualified from appearing in any examination (if any)
  • Proof of Professional Misconduct, if being an Advocate found guilty of Professional Misconduct under the provisions of the Advocates Act, 1961 (if any)
  • Proof of Criminal Prosecution pending against the applicant, if any
  • Proof of conviction by Criminal Court, if any
  • Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Rajasthan if seeking reservation in any category.
  • An affidavit should mention that you have not accepted dowry/you will not accept dowry in/at your marriage.
  • ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License)
  • Two Passport Size coloured Photograph
  • Signature
