NID Vijayawada Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for admission to the B.Des. program at NID Vijayawada, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. 
• The general category candidate age limit is 20 years, whereas the reserved category candidate age limit is 23 years. 
• Candidates must have a valid score in the NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT). 

Admission Process at NID Vijayawada  

Getting admission to NID Vijayawada is a competitive process that assesses the creative potential and aptitude of applicants. 

The admission process for BDes program at NID Vijayawada is as follows: 

• Candidates must first register for the NID DAT. 
• The DAT is a two-stage entrance test. The first stage is a computer-based test, and the second stage is a portfolio review.

• The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
