The IIM Shillong IPMAT program is a five-year integrated management course designed to nurture young talents and provide them with a strong foundation in management principles.

Eligibility for IIM Shillong IPMAT Program 2026

Here is the IIM Shillong's IPMAT eligibility criteria for 2026:

Age:

• Born on or after July 1, 2006 (SC/ST/DA: on or after July 1, 2001).

Academics:

• Minimum 60% in both Class 10 and 12 (55% for SC/ST/DA).
• Mathematics or Applied Mathematics must be studied in Class 11 & 12.

Entrance Exam:

• Must appear for IPMAT (IIM Indore); scores will be used for shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI).

Additional Notes:

• Students completing Class 12 by July 31, 2026, may apply provisionally and must submit required documents at the time of admission.
• Class 10 & 12 percentages will be based on total marks of all subjects; grade conversions must follow board-certified methods.
• International board students (IGCSE, IB – IBDP/IBCP) are eligible with the IB Indian Percentage Transcript.
• IIM Shillong holds final authority on eligibility decisions, including mark conversion, exam recognition, and intake.

IIM Shillong IPMAT Program Admission Process 2026

The admission process for the IIM Shillong IPMAT 2026 Program is out, and it is as follows:

1. Eligibility:

Meeting the eligibility criteria of IIM Shillong is the first step to the IIM Shillong Admission Process 2025. It is as follows:

• Born on or after July 1, 2006 (SC/ST/DA: on or after July 1, 2001)
• Minimum 60% in Class 10 & 12 (55% for SC/ST/DA)
• Math/Applied Math required in Classes 11 & 12
• Must appear for IPMAT (IIM Indore)
• Provisional admission is allowed for those completing Class 12 by July 31, 2026

2. Application:

The application link will be active by late May or early June 2026.

Applicants must keep their IPMAT 2026 application number ready.

The candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹2000 (₹1000 for SC/ST/DA/EWS) to fill the form.

3. Selection Process:

Stage 1: Submit application for IIM Shillong IPMAT Program and meet eligibility
Stage 2: Shortlist based on minimum cut-offs in each IPMAT section
Stage 3: Merit-based shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)
Stage 4: Appear for PI at designated centers

• Admission is based on data from the IPMAT 2026 authorities; providing false information will result in cancellation.
