The IIM Shillong IPMAT program is a five-year integrated management course designed to nurture young talents and provide them with a strong foundation in management principles.

Just like other IPM programs 2025, it is expected to consist of two phases:

Foundation Years (First 3 Years): Focuses on basic management subjects.

The official dates for the IIM Shillong IPMAT program 2025 are yet to be announced.

Eligibility for IIM Shillong IPMAT Program 2025

Here is the IIM Shillong's IPMAT eligbility criteria for 2025:

Age:

• Born on or after July 1, 2005 (SC/ST/DA: on or after July 1, 2000).

Academics:

• Minimum 60% in both Class 10 and 12 (55% for SC/ST/DA).
• Mathematics or Applied Mathematics must be studied in Class 11 & 12.

Entrance Exam:

• Must appear for IPMAT (IIM Indore); scores will be used for shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI).

Additional Notes:

• Students completing Class 12 by July 31, 2025, may apply provisionally and must submit required documents at the time of admission.
• Class 10 & 12 percentages will be based on total marks of all subjects; grade conversions must follow board-certified methods.
• International board students (IGCSE, IB – IBDP/IBCP) are eligible with the IB Indian Percentage Transcript.
• IIM Shillong holds final authority on eligibility decisions, including mark conversion, exam recognition, and intake.

IIM Shillong IPMAT Program Admission Process 2025

The admission process for the IIM Shillong IPMAT 2025 Program is out, and it is as follows:

1. Eligibility:

Meeting the eligibility critiera of IIM Shillong is the first step to IIM Shillong Admission Process 2025. It is as follows:

• Born on or after July 1, 2005 (SC/ST/DA: on or after July 1, 2000)
• Minimum 60% in Class 10 & 12 (55% for SC/ST/DA)
• Math/Applied Math required in Classes 11 & 12
• Must appear for IPMAT (IIM Indore)
• Provisional admission allowed for those completing Class 12 by July 31, 2025

2. Application:

The application link will be active by late May or early June 2025.

Applicants must keep their IPMAT 2025 application number ready.

The candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹2000 (₹1000 for SC/ST/DA/EWS) to fill the form.

3. Selection Process:

Stage 1: Submit application and meet eligibility
Stage 2: Shortlist based on minimum cut-offs in each IPMAT section
Stage 3: Merit-based shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI)
Stage 4: Appear for PI at designated centers
Stage 5: Evaluate PI performance against minimum criteria

4. Final Admission:

Provisional offers extended based on category-wise merit and Government of India reservation norms.

• IIM Shillong reserves the right to modify the shortlisting and selection criteria at any time.
• Admission is based on data from IPMAT 2025 authorities; false information will lead to cancellation.
• IIM Shillong’s shortlisting process is independent of other IIMs.
• Only shortlisted candidates who submit the interview form on time will receive PI call letters via email and the IIM Shillong website.
