1 - CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria 2023 Educational Qualification 

Candidates are either pursuing their final year or should have completed LLB graduation (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated LLB) from any recognized institute by the Bar Council of India.

2 - CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria 2023 Qualifying exam 

All candidates must have a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

However, candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories will be given 5% relaxation and can apply for CLAT PG 2023 with 45% marks in graduation (qualifying exam).

Without qualifying marks, your candidature will likely be canceled. Therefore, be sure to prepare thoroughly, referring to the best CLAT PG resources.

4 - CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria 2023 Appearing in qualifying exam 

Candidates who are in their final year of the qualifying exam can also apply for the CLAT PG 2023 exam. 

Candidates appearing for their qualifying examination in April/May 2023 are also eligible to apply.

Tie Breaker Rule:

In the case of a tie, the following procedure will be used to break the tie:

  • i. Higher age
  • ii. Computerized draw of lots
