1. Matriculation certificate/mark sheet (for proof of date of birth)
2. Certificate of a Bachelor of Laws degree.
3. Mark sheet of a Law graduate.
4. Certificate signed by the Principal / Head of the College / Institute or the competent authority of the University to the effect that the said College / Institute / University is recognised by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi, for the concerned academic session.
5. Conduct a certificate issued by the head of the college/university where the candidate last studied.
6. Non-creamy layer certificate for backward class/very backward class candidates (non-creamy layer certificate issued for female candidates with their father's name and address). (in case of a claim)
7. Non-creamy layer declaration letter for backward class / extremely backward class candidates (on having a non-creamy layer certificate before the last 1 year) (in case of a claim)
8. Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates (for female candidates, caste certificate issued with father's name and address). (in case of a claim)
9. Permanent residence certificate for SC/ST candidates (residence certificate issued in the father's name and address for female candidates). (in case of a claim)
10. A permanent residence certificate is issued in the name and address of the father for unreserved category women candidates who are permanent residents of the state of Bihar (for claiming fee concession/exemption).
11. Applicants claiming Economically Weaker Section (EWS), issued by the competent authority in the prescribed form, in the light of the Bihar Government's Notification No. - 2622, dated - 26.02.2019. The EWS certificate issued based on the last financial year will be valid for this advertisement. (in case of a claim).
12. Certificate in respect of orthopaedic disability issued by the competent authority in the prescribed form. (in case of a claim). In case of a claim for Orthopedically Handicapped (OH), a certificate issued by PMCH, Patna, must be produced during the interview.
13. In case of being appointed to any post under the Central Government, Semi-Government Institute, Public Sector, Government of Bihar or any other State Government, a No Objection Certificate from the Head of the Department / Competent Authority is required for attending the interview.
