SSC Stenographer Exam Pattern 2019

- The Stenographer Computer Exam for Group C and D includes Objective type questions i.e., Multiple Choice Questions.
- The Questions for Reasoning section will appear in both Hindi and English.
- There is a negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer.
- For the final merit list, marks scored by candidates in the Computer Based Examinations, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized using SSC Normalization Process.
Skill Test Pattern
- Candidates qualifying the Computer-based exam will be called for Skill Test in Stenography.
- Candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English/ Hindi at the speed of 100 words per minute (w.p.m) for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and 80 w.p.m. for the post of Stenographer Grade ‘D’.
- Candidates qualifying the Skill Test successfully will be later called for Documentation Verification.
