  • The Candidate must have completed a Bachelor of Laws from a University established by Law in U.P. or from the any other University of India recognized for this purpose by the Governor.
  •  The candiadtes' minimum age should be 22 years and the maximum age should not exceed 35 years as of 01 July 2021.
  • A candidate must have good character in order to be eligible for the Civil Judge post.
  • As per the notification, persons dismissed from the service by the Union Government or a State Govt. or debarred from practice as an Advocate by the Bar Council of India or a State are not eligible to apply for the exam.

  • Visit the official website of UP Public Service Commission i.e., uppsc.up.nic.in
  • On the Home page, click on the "Candidate Registration" tab
  • Before filling up the form candidates are advised to carefully go through the Relevant Notification published in the Employment News and also available in the “All Notifications/Advertisements” on the Candidate segment page.
  • Click on the “All Notifications/Advertisements” link 
  • A login window will be displayed on the screen
  • Click on the "New Registration" tab
  • Fields with a pink color background are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the candidate. 
  • Enter all the required details like name, mobile number, e-mail ID, etc and click on the "Register" button
  • A new user ID and password will be generated and the same will be sent to the registered mobile number
  • Re-login to the website using registration ID and password
  • Click on the link for the UPPSC PCS (J) 2021 Application form
  • Provide the required details such as personal details, educational details, and other details correctly
  • Click on the "Edit" button if any modifications/changes required
