Rajasthan Judiciary Exam Day Instructions 2024

Rajasthan High Court prescribes specific guidelines to follow on exam day. You will be disqualified from the exam and any other examination conducted by Rajasthan High Court in the future. You may also be subject to penal action if you violate any one of these rules.

  • Ensure to carry one of the original IDproofsf (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Voter Card/PAN Card/Passport), xerox ID proof,  one recent coloured photo, and blue/black ballpoint pen along with the RJS admit card to the exam centre.
  • You must reach the exam centre at least 45 minutes before the exam. 
  • You can enter the exam hall if you are 10-15 minutes late. However, the reason explained by you should be valid for Nodal Officer & the Centre Superintendent.
  • You will not be allowed inside the exam hall after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
  • Make sure to sanitise your hands before entering the premises of the examination centre.
  • I am maintaining a social distance, and wearing a face mask is necessary at the exam centre.
  • Bring only personal hand sanitiser (50 ml) and a transparent water bottle inside the exam hall.
  • Before taking the seat, verify the roll number specified on the heart.
  • Invigilators will distribute the OMR sheets 5 minutes before the exam, wherein you need to fill in all the required details.
  • The invigilator will give the question paper booklet as per the scheduled time. Check the OMR sheet and the question paper before writing something on it. If you find any discrepancies, you can ask the invigilator to replace the booklet/OMR sheets.
  • You have to fill in only the required details in the OMR sheet. Otherwise, your candidature will get cancelled.
  • The examiners will only validate the circles marked correctly in the OMR.
  • Before starting to answer, the questions, check all the details correctly.
  • If you provide incorrect information in the OMR sheet, the exam conducting body will disqualify you from the evaluation process. After completing the exam, you can take a question paper booklet and a carbon copy of the OMR sheet.
  • You are allowed to leave the exam hall only 30 minutes before the completion of the exam. However, you can not take a booklet and a carbon copy of the OMR sheet if you leave the exam early.
  • Ensure to follow the rules instructed by the invigilator till the completion of the exam.
  • You should also maintain a social distance when leaving the exam hall. The commission strictly prohibits exchanging writing materials, stencils, etc., at the exam centre.
  • Do not carry electronic devices inside the examination centre like mobile phones, calculators, wallets, geometry boxes, whiteners, purses, handbags, etc.
  • You should wear only light clothes to avoid any chance of hiding any cheating material.
  • Men must wear a half-sleeved shirt or t-shirt that should not have a big button or badge, whereas females can wear a salwar suit/ saree/top /blouse/sleeper/rubber band in their hair and, if needed, a sweater/cardigan.

Five types of bells will be rung during the process of examination papers:

A. Distribution Bell: Five minutes before the paper's scheduled commencement timer.

B. Commencement Bell: on the scheduled time for commencement of the paper

C. Informative Bell: at an interval of every one hour during the paper

D. Warning Bell: 10 minutes before the scheduled time for the conclusion of the paper

E. Conclusion Bell: on schedule time for the conclusion of the paper.
