Here is the detailed step by step instruction to fill the MP Civil Judge Application Form 2023. There are four stages included in the application process, i.e.,

First Stage of MP Judiciary Application Form: Registration

• Go to the official website of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, i.e. https://mphc.gov.in.
• On the Home page, click on the link "click here-online application forms/admit card tab.

Direct Link to Fill MP Civil Judge Application Form

• Enter your name, date of birth, e-mail ID and Mobile Number.
• Enter the captcha and click on the "Submit" button.
• You will receive your login details to your registered mobile number and e-mail.

Second Stage of MP Judiciary Application Form: Filling up all Details

• Re-login to the website using your login details, which you received in the first registration step.
• You need to fill in your Personal, Educational, Parental, and Employment details to proceed further in the application process.
• Ensure that you save every module while filling in the details.
• You can make changes before the last step before the final submission of the MP Judiciary application form.
• If, in any case, there is any correction in the application form after the final submission, it should be reported to the authorities as soon as possible.

Third Stage of MP Judiciary Application Form: Upload Required Documents

You must upload the following documents in the application form in the below-specified format.

• Passport-size photograph of the candidate.
• Scanned image of their signature (with a black ink pen on white paper).

Fourth Stage of MP Judiciary Application Form: Payment of Application Fee
