The city of Varanasi has been chosen in the music category under U.N.E.S.C.O’s “Field of Excellence” plan. The inclusion of Varanasi in this prestigious list paves the way for representing the cultural heritage of the holy city on the world stage through the U.N.E.S.C.O project.
