About Campus Ambassador
Our Campus Ambassador program is aimed at providing students with entrepreneurial experience while they are still in college. Our Campus Ambassadors are handpicked individuals with excellent communication skills, leadership qualities and marketing experience.
Campus Ambassadors act as our outlet in the campus. Being a CA is a serious and not an understated responsibility. A CA will be required to handle training sessions, related Emails, Phone queries and various other projects which would be handed out from time to time.
Expected Qualities
- Is passionate about learning something beyond regular textbook content
- Has the ability to promote new ideas while exercising strong social ties within and outside the campus
- Is active on various social media platforms
- has quick and easy access to mobile and internet connections
Role of a Campus Ambassador
- Campus Ambassadors are responsible for generating excitement, awareness and buzz about Toprankers initiatives by conducting Toprankers activities on campus.
- They promote the brand by spelling out opportunities that connect fellow students with Toprankers. Social media here comes handy in spreading the word.
- Campus Ambassadors build relationships with other groups on campus who desire to experience new things
- Also assist in on/off-campus recruitment drives
Time Commitment
A Campus Ambassador's time involvement on his/her work would primarily depend on how frequently Toprankers launches its new features and initiatives. Nonetheless, on an average 4-5 hours of work a week would suffice.
Duration
A CA commits to a minimum of 6-months of work and can further apply to volunteer as long as he/she remains to be a student of his/her college.
Incentives of the Program
- Provides the individual with hands-on experience of marketing
- Provides with opportunity to execute live campaigns in college, there by building skills which are beyond the academic thresholds.
- Upon successful completion of the program, Campus Ambassadors are given letter of recommendation/experience certificate which shall be useful in securing future job or internship programs.
- One can learn the art of building Networking Skills and Corporate connections
- Get goodies, Gift Hampers and a lot more.
Selection Process
- Register online by applying to Campus Ambassador Program.
- Shortlisted candidates would receive an email or a call for a skype/telephonic interview
- Roughly 2-4 ambassadors are be selected from every college
