E-bill bills apply on April 1

●        For the transportation of goods from one state to another, the electronic e-bill system has started from April 1.
●        Karnataka is the only state that has implemented e-way bill system for freight transport within the state.
●        Karnataka has been using the e-bill platform since September last year for inter-state freight traffic.
●        The official of the goods and services tax network (GSTN) said that e-The Bill platform is working smoothly.
 
CEO Shikha Sharma should not be given the fourth term again: RBI
 
●        The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has asked the Board of Axis Bank to reconsider the decision to give the CEO Shikha Sharma the fourth term of three years.
●        Last year Shankha had offered the fourth term to the bank.
●        This indicates that the CEO of RBI Bank can further extend the appointment to the bank.

CVC will take help of Aadhar to catch corrupt government employees
 
●        The Central Vigilance Commission said on Sunday that since the Aadhaar is being made mandatory for all financial transactions and property deals, it can be effectively utilized for detecting the wealth collected by corrupt public servants.
●        The CVC hoped that with the help of information available through Permanent Account Number and Aadhar card, it can be helpful to ascertain whether the financial transactions conducted by the card holder were done by earning honesty or not.
 
Diesel prices touches record mark

●        Diesel was sold at Rs 73.73 a liter in Delhi and Rs 81.59 per liter in Mumbai on Sunday.
●        Due to the strong global demand of crude and rising international crude prices, diesel prices have so far reached the highest level in the country.
●        At the same time, the price of petrol has reached the highest level in the last four years.

Impeachment on CJI

●        On Monday, the formal formal meeting of opposition parties on the proposal to bring impeachment against the country's chief justice.
●        In this meeting in Parliament, the Opposition leaders will decide which steps should be taken to bring an impeachment motion in the Rajya Sabha against the Chief Justice in the Rajya Sabha.

Corporate bond market went down
 
●        Interest in borrowers is decreasing in issuing corporate bonds because the yield has increased.
●        After the NDA government came to power, for the first time in the year 2018, the sale of bonds has dropped 10% on an annual basis.
●        It also reveals the low interest of investors in corporate bonds.
●        In the financial year 2017-18, the companies sold bonds worth Rs 5.75 lakh crore, while a year ago, they issued bonds of 6.41 lakh crore.
 
Lending growth of housing finance companies can be 20-23%: Iqra

●        With the government's emphasis on Affordable Housing, Recovery in Real Estate Sector and stability in GST, the growth of housing finance companies in the new fiscal year can be solid.
●        This estimate ratings and research firm IKEA have given in a report.
●        According to the IKA report, in the last 12 months of December 2017, the housing loan had reached 17.9% of the gross level with a growth of 15.9 lakh crore, compared to 16% growth in the previous year.

Maxis to donate 95 crores for Aircel employees' salaries
 
●        The parent firm Maxis Communications is going to invest Rs 95 crore in bankrupt company Aircel .
●        With this, more than 5,000 employees of Aircel will get salaries and the company will be able to run operational operations.
●        To bring the company fund, Management Interim Residential Professional and Deloitte's Vijay Kumar V Iyer are working closely with Malaysian Maxis.
●        An Indian businessman Anand Krishnan is the owner of Maxis on Maxis.
 

Renew power to buy Austro Energy at enterprise value of Rs 10,800 crores
 
●        Renew Power Ventures of Sumanth Sinha has confirmed the deal to buy Austro Energy Private Limited at an enterprise value of Rs 10,800 crore.
●        This is the biggest deal in the Renewable Sector.
●        Consolidation is underway now in Renewable Energy Sector.
●        With this deal Renew Power will become the largest renewable energy company in the country, which will have 4,300 MW commission and under-construction assets.

India becomes the second largest mobile producer in the world
 
●        After China, India has become the second largest mobile producing country in the world.
●        According to information shared with the Indian Cellular Association, Telecom Minister Manoj Sinha and Information Technology Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, India has left Vietnam behind handset production.

Uncontrolled Chinese satellite Tiangong-1 fell down in pacific ocean
 
●        China's uncontrolled space station Tiangong-1 was destroyed on Monday after reaching the Earth's atmosphere in the South Pacific region.
●        The Chinese Space Authority confirmed this.
●        This vehicle came into the atmosphere of Earth at 8:20 in the morning and most of it was destroyed by burning.
●        However, some parts of it will now fall to the ground, but according to Beijing, no part will be bigger.
 
Pakistan arrests 52 fishermen

●        Pakistan recently arrested 52 Indian fishermen.
●        He allegedly fired fishermen for his entry into the waterway and entered.
●        This group of Indian fishermen was arrested on Thursday night by Pakistan Maritime Security Force.
