The CBSE and ISC boards have reduced the Class 11 Humanities syllabus for the academic year 2022. As per the announcement made by the boards, nearly 30% of the syllabus has been reduced due to the non-functioning of schools. 

Economics, History, Psychology, Geography, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy, and other subjects are available in the Class 11 Humanities Syllabus. Each subject is explained in depth and in detail below. A Humanities student will have an understanding of societal problems as well as the ability to conduct research. Humanities as a stream in Class 11 opens up a variety of career opportunities such as journalist, writer, lawyer, fashion designer, graphic designer, public administrator, psychologist, economist, lawyer, artist, teacher, political scientist, marketing/advertising professional, anthropologist, and so on. CBSE 2022 Class 11 Humanities Syllabus: English

English is the core and essential subject for the 11th class for all the streams i.e. Science, Humanities, and Commerce. In English 100 marks are divided into 4 sections i.e. 20 marks for Reading Skills, 30 marks for Writing Skills and Grammar, 30 marks for Literature and Long Reading Text, and 20 marks for Assessment of Speaking and Listening Skills.
