Final Tips to Crack XAT GK Section 2026

Commence Preparation Early and Ensure Iterative Revision: Initiate GK study well in advance. Implement a robust revision schedule, especially for Static GK, utilizing spaced repetition to enhance long-term retention of factual knowledge.

  1. Prioritize Recent Current Affairs: Focus intensively on significant national and international developments from the preceding 6-8 months, understanding their contextual relevance rather than merely memorizing them.
  2. Attempt All Questions Strategically: Capitalize on the absence of negative marking by attempting every question. Employ educated guessing where complete certainty is lacking to maximize the potential score.
  3. Cultivate Daily News Engagement: Establish a daily routine of reading a high-quality newspaper. This habit not only enhances knowledge of current affairs but also strengthens vocabulary, comprehension, and critical analysis skills relevant to other XAT sections.
  4. Utilize Consolidated Resources for Efficient Revision: Supplement daily reading with monthly GK digests and engage in regular online quizzes. These tools facilitate efficient knowledge consolidation, identify learning gaps, and familiarize candidates with diverse question formats.
