As per the notification, candidates should have attained 23 years of age and not exceed 26 years as of 01 July 2024 to fill the Telangana PCS J Application Form 2026. The last date to fill out the application form will be announced soon.

General Instructions to Fill the Telangana Civil Judge Apply Online Form

Candidates are advised to follow the instructions below while filling out the Telangana Judiciary Application Form 2026.

  • It is recommended to use Internet Explorer (version 11 and above) or Mozilla Firefox (version 50 and above), or Google Chrome (version 52 and above) to fill out the TS Judiciary Apply Online form.
  • Before proceeding with the application form, read all the instructions carefully. Fields marked with * are mandatory to be filled by the candidates.
  • The Telangana PCS J 2026 Application form consists of two parts: Part A and Part B. Candidates must complete both parts to apply for the Civil Judge post.
  • Candidates must note that the application form can be completed only after filling in Parts A and B.
  • After entering all the details, candidates must upload all required documents and make payment to complete the application form.

Telangana Judiciary Eligibility Criteria 2026

Before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria set by the High Court for the Telangana Judiciary. Here, we have provided the complete eligibility criteria for both direct recruitment and transfer recruitment.

Direct Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can review the eligibility criteria for the Telangana Judiciary Exam.

Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India to be eligible for the Telangana Judicial Court Recruitment 2026.

Age Limit

Candidates in the OC category should be 25 years of age or older and not exceed 35 years. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, socially and educationally backward classes must not have exceeded 40 years of age as on 01 July 2026.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a degree in Law from any recognised university in India and must have practised as an advocate for not less than 03 years to be eligible for the Telangana Judicial Recruitment. Referring to the best books will help candidates score well in the Upcoming Judiciary Exams.

  • The candidate must be a law graduate and have secured a minimum of 60% marks and 55% for reserved category candidates. They must have obtained a Degree in Law within three years before the date of Notification.
  • Aspirants must have obtained the age of 23 years and should not exceed 26 years.
  • As per the notification, five years of age relaxation is provided for SC/ST/socially and educationally backward class categories.
  • A person who has enrolled as an advocate but does not have three years of practice would be eligible to appear in the recruitment for the post of Civil Judge.

Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment by Transfer

Nationality

A candidate must be a citizen of India to be eligible for Telangana Judicial Court Recruitment 2026.

Age Limit

As per the eligibility, a candidate should not exceed 40 years of age as on 01 July 2020 to be eligible to apply for the Civil Judge post.

Educational Qualification

The candidates must hold a Law Degree from a recognized University established by the Law in India or incorporated by or under a Central Act or a State Act, or an institution recognized by the University Grants Commission and which is valid for enrollment as an advocate as per the Rules of the Bar Council of India.

Note: All the candidates applying for the Civil Judge post under direct recruitment or recruitment by transfer. Must be able to read and write the Telugu language.

Pre-Requisites to Fill the Telangana Judiciary Apply Online Form 2026

Before starting the preparation, candidates must know the Telangana Judiciary Exam Syllabus and exam pattern. There are certain documents that candidates need to keep ready in hand while filling out the Telangana Civil Judge Apply Online Form 2026.

  • Passport size photograph (Size should be less than 80kb)
  • Scanned copy of signature (Size should be less than 80kb)
  • Educational documents - required to be entered
  • Communication details - need to be entered
  • Bank details - for paying the application fee

How to Fill the Telangana Judiciary Application Form 2026?

The Telangana Judiciary PCS J Application Form involves Two Parts:

  • Part A - Registration
  • Part B - Application Form

Part A - Registration

  • Visit the official website of Telangana High Court
  • On the Home Page, look for the "Latest Updates Section."
  • Click on the appropriate application link present under the updates section
  • A login window will be displayed on the screen
  • Click on the "New Registration" tab
  • Enter all the details like name of the candidate, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number, ex-servicemen, etc., correctly
  • Click on the "Register button."
  • New User ID and password will be generated, and the same will be sent to the registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

Part B - Application Form

  • Re-login to the page using your User ID and password
  • On the Home page, click on the "Go to Application Form" link
  • Fill in all the details, i.e., personal details, qualification details, preference, and other details, without any mistakes.
  • The next step is uploading the documents in the specified format.
  • Then, pay the application fee as per the category.

Candidates need to upload the photo and signature in the application form per the instructions below.

  • Upload the scanned copy of the recent passport-size photo
  • The size of the passport photograph should not exceed 80 kb
  • Upload the scanned copy of the signature
  • The size of the signature should not exceed 80kb

Application Fee

Candidates can pay the fee using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or Paytm. Payment gateway charges of Rs. 23 are added to the exam fee.

  • The candidates belonging to OC/ BC categories have to pay an amount of Rs. 1000, whereas the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories have to pay Rs.500 as an application fee.
  • SC/ST candidates other than Telangana State have to pay Rs. 1500 instead of Rs. 250 as an application fee.
