Educational Qualification

  • Aspiring candidates for the RBI Law Officer Grade' B' vacancy 2026 must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a recognised university/institution by UGC and the Bar Council of India.
  • The minimum required marks are 50% in aggregate, with a relaxation to 45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates.

Experience Requirement

Applicants need to have at least two years of experience post their enrollment as an advocate or in a legal role in a large bank, financial institution, statutory corporation, company, State/Central Government, or as a full-time teacher in a Law College/University teaching law, post-enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
