Rajasthan ADPO - Vacancy

Rajasthan still needs to put up a notice regarding the opening of ADPO. However, in 2011, the total number of openings was 150.

If we follow the trend of the judiciary vacancy, in 2022, there will likely be 100+ vacancies for the ADPO. But there is no concrete news around it, only speculations. Hence, you are advised to wait for the official notice from the Rajasthan ADPO.

Rajasthan ADPO Eligibility Criteria

When we talk about judiciary eligibility, we focus on three significant areas: age, qualification, and nationality. These immediate characteristics recreate an integral role in electing the best prospect for distinct openings. As an effect, to bypass additional discussion, the RPSC mentions the eligibility criteria for your reference.

Age

  1. To be eligible to apply for/compete in the exam, you must be between the ages of 21 and 40.
  2. You must be under the age of 40 at the time of appointment/acceptance of your position as ADPO. This condition also applies to all categories.
  3. The Government of India has set age-related concessions for candidates from the designated class.

Remember that SC/ST candidates may be eligible for a 5-year relaxation. Although not required, it is enforced by state and federal law.

Qualification

You must also find the intellectual prerequisites for the specific paper. It calls for you to hold a law degree or a co-equal from a recognised university.

First-division competitors and two-year bar practitioners will be given prerogative. This qualification will also be advantageous even if it is obtained outside of India.

However, it needs to carry equal value the same as an LLB in India. It is also mandatory to attain a minimum of two years of legal experience as per Rajasthan ADPO Eligibility Criteria.

Nationality

The first requirement is to hold Indian citizenship. If you are a non-resident Indian, you must obtain Indian citizenship before being considered an eligible candidate.

It would also be preferable if you were a Rajasthan resident before submitting your application. You must attach a resident certificate (obtained from the block) to verify this.

Because Indian nationality is required, it would help if you satisfied these provisions to avoid elimination.
