According to the Chhattisgarh Judiciary Syllabus, you will be tested on the framing of Issues and Writing of Judgement in Civil Cases, Framing of charges and writing of Judgement in Criminal Cases, Translation: English to Hindi, and Translation: Hindi to English.
The framing of issues and writing judgment in civil cases sections consists of 40 marks, the framing of charges and writing of judgment in criminal cases section consists of 40 marks, Translation from English to Hindi section consists of 10 marks, and Translation from Hindi to English section consists of 10 marks.
This main examination will be conducted in the offline mode and the candidates will get only 3 hours of time to complete this examination.
The marks obtained by you in this examination will decide whether you will be qualified for the last and the final stage of the viva - Voce round or not.
The final cut-off for the Chhattisgarh judiciary examination is prepared depending on the Viva - Voce round score. The Viva - Voce test will be conducted by the authorities, and they will give you marks out of 15.
The unreserved category candidates have to obtain 33% marks in the Viva - Voce round and the reserved category candidates have to obtain only 25% marks in the Viva - Voce to get selected.
