(1) Degree in Law. Must have passed each examination for the said degree in the first attempt and (ii) passed the final year of the Bachelor of Laws or the final year of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks on or before 01 September 2023 Must be registered as Lawyer.

Ministerial Staff:-  Members of the Ministerial Staff of the High Court, Ministerial Staff of the Courts subordinate to the Court.

 Degree in Any discipline

Must have completed at least 3 years of service on or before September 01, 2023 after graduation in law.

Lawyer

minimum 21

maximum 35 (for orphan)

maximum 40 (for backward class)

At least 3 years experience in legal profession as Advocate, Attorney or Advocate in Bombay High Court or a Court subordinate thereto as on 01st September, 2023. (2) Service in Maharashtra in the post of Public Prosecutor shall be deemed to be judicial occupation.
