BHU LLM Seat Intake 2022

As said above, the percentage of aspirants applying for a 2-years LLM course is higher than 1-year and HRDE courses. The university offers 38 LLM seats in BHU for a 2-years course, while 20 seats for the 1-year course and a maximum of 15 seats for the HRDE course.

2-Year LLM Seats in BHU (HRDE)

Banaras Hindu University offers a maximum of 15 BHU LLM total seats for the HRDE program. Out of 15, 15% of seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe, and 27% for Other Backward Class.

Also, any vacant seats reserved for SC/ST/OBC category shall be filled as per the university rules.

BHU LLM Seat Matrix for 2-year Course (Special Course of Study)

The university offers approximately 38 seats for the LLM 2-year course, Out of these 38 seats, 15% of seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste, 7.5% for Scheduled Tribe, and 27% for Other Backward Class.

Also, the university provides 10% supernumerary seats for the sons/daughters of permanent employees (including those on probation) of the University currently in service or was in service during the academic session.
