Symbiosis International University has prescribed specific criteria that everyone must satisfy to apply for the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET).

There is no upper age limit to apply for the Symbiosis Entrance Test. However, your minimum age should be above 17 years to be eligible for the entrance exam.
You must have completed your class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board or university to apply for the SET Entrance Exam 2022.
If you are appearing for the 10+2 exam in 2022 or waiting for results, you are also eligible to fill out the application form. However, you must submit the passing certificate at the time of the admission process.
If you belong to the general category, you must have scored a minimum of 50% of the marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
As per the official notification, 5% relaxation is provided in minimum qualifying marks for the reserved category.
You must have scored 45% marks in the qualifying examination if you belong to the SC/ST category.
Symbiosis International University provides reservations as per the UGC guidelines for aspirants belonging to SC/ST/PwD category.

According to the official notice, 25% of seats are reserved for those who are domiciled in Nagpur for a period of five years or more and have completed Class 12 or equivalent exam from the Maharashtra Board.
If you fall under this category, you must make sure to carry the following documents at the time of PI and WAT rounds.
As mentioned above, SIU has set aside 15% of the total seats for for international students including Foreign Nationals (FN), Person of Indian Origin (PIO) Card Holders, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card Holders, and Non-Resident Indians (NRI).

You are eligible to apply as a Foreign National (FN) if you have a citizen of any country other than India and hold a foreign passport.
Person of Indian Origin (PIO)
As per the notification released by the Government of India on 9th January 2015, all the currently registered persons of Indian origin shall be treated as Overseas Citizens of India cardholders.
Overseas Citizens of India (OCI)
If you are granted Overseas Citizenship of India and have an OCI card, you are eligible to apply for SET Exam 2022 as an OCI.
Non-Resident Indian (NRI)
