  • UPSC announced 140 vacancies for Delhi APP on September 10, 2026, under Advertisement no. 11/2026.

How to Fill Out the Delhi APP Application Form 2026? 

You can apply online for Delhi APP 2026 by following the given steps:  

  • Step 1: Open the UPSC ORA portal: upsconline.nic.in.  
  • Step 2: If you don't have an account already, complete the one-time registration and generate the universal registration number to login.  
  • Step 3: Fill out the Common Application Form with your correct personal details, address, and a live photo.  
  • Step 4: Sign three times on plain white paper using black ink and upload the scanned signature as per the format suggested by UPSC.  
  • Step 5: Fill out the post-specific module for Assistant Public Prosecutor, Vacancy No. 26091106212 with your correct educational details and certificates.  
  • Step 6: Upload other supporting documents in the correct format and file size.  
  • Step 7: Pay the mentioned application fee if applicable for your category.  
  • Step 8: Review the application carefully. Make sure your DOB matches the one mentioned on your Class 10 marksheet.  
  • Step 9: Submit the application form and save the PDF for future reference.  

Note: Fill out the application form correctly. You cannot withdraw or modify the application once it's submitted.  

Documents Required for Delhi APP Application Form 2026 

Make sure you have the scanned copies of the following documents in PDF format when filling out the Delhi APP application form.  

  • Class 10 marksheet showing your date of birth  
  • LLB degree certificate or provisional certificate with all marksheets  
  • Experience certificate as proof of 3 years legal practice after Bar Council enrolment  
  • Bar Council enrolment certificate  
  • SC/ST/OBC category certificate (if applicable)  
  • OBC non-creamy layer declaration certificate  
  • PwD certificate from a recognized medical board (if applicable)  
  • Contractual-employee age-relaxation certificate (if applicable), signed and sealed by the Head of Department  
  • A valid photo ID  
  • A clear, recent photograph and 3 signature specimens  

On interview day you may need to carry all these documents for verification.  

Delhi APP Application Fee 2026 

Male candidates from un-reserved, EWS, and OBC categories need to pay ₹25 as Delhi APP application fee. Candidates from the following categories are exempted from this fee:  

  • Women of all categories  
  • SC/ST  
  • PwBD  

The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid via debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.  

Eligibility Criteria to Fill Out Delhi APP Application Form 2026

What Happens After the Delhi APP Application Process? 

  • Once the application process is completed, UPSC will decide the Delhi APP exam pattern, considering whether the written Recruitment test will be conducted or not.  
  • The exam date / interview date will be announced for eligible / shortlisted candidates.  
  • If the written test is being conducted, UPSC will notify about the Delhi APP syllabus. 
  • The admit card will be released for written test, and the centres will be announced.
