For the previous year, National Testing Agency (NTA) had released e-certificates and JRF Award letters for candidates who had qualified UGC NET June Exam 2019. After checking the result, candidates will be informed about when the award letters will be issued.

UGC NET Cut Off 2019

Candidates who have cleared the exam do not mean that they have qualified for the next stage instead, they need to qualify the cut off marks. The National Testing Agency decides the cut off based on various factors and it is important for candidates to score above the UGC NET Cut Off Marks in order to get selected for the desired post. CBSE UGC NET 2019 Selection Process

UGC NET 2019 is one of the most prestigious national level examinations for the aspirants of the teaching sector. Conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) under the supervision of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the National Eligibility Test (NET) 2019 Selection Process includes different rounds of screening of candidates. The written test is one such round of the selection process. The Written Test will be followed by the counseling round for the candidates who successfully clear the UGC NET 2019.

For UGC NET selection process, candidates can go through the following details:

  • Candidates have to secure minimum marks in both the papers to be considered for the award of JRF and eligibility for Assistant Professor.
  • For selection, a subject-wise and category-wise merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in all the rounds.
  • From the merit list prepared, the top 15% candidates from each subject and category are selected and declared as NET qualified for Assistant Professor only.
  • The other merit list featuring the names of the selected candidates is prepared from the NET qualified candidates merit list for Junior Research Fellows (JRF)

How to Get UGC NET 2019 Qualified Certificate

  • All the qualified candidates of the UGC National Eligibility Test, willing to attend the counseling, have to visit the official website of UGC to check the rank-wise counseling dates.
  • While participating in UGC NET counseling, candidates have to submit the CBSE NET counseling Application and Original certificates.
  • To proceed further, qualified candidates also have to pay a processing fee to participate in counseling.
  • After making the payment, it is advisable that the candidates preserve the UGC NET counseling fee receipt safely for future reference.

In order to download the UGC NET 2019 Qualified Certificate, the candidates will have to send an application to the below address along with the application, the candidates will also have to send a copy of the CBSE UGC NET Result and the E-certificate as well.
