In a recent announcement, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has postponed the recruitment process for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) positions across various streams, including SEBI Grade A Legal Officer. This decision arrives in the wake of the approaching General Elections.

Tips for Candidates During the Postponement

Initially publicized on March 14, 2024, the recruitment was set to open its online application portal on April 13, 2024. However, due to the coinciding schedule with the General Elections, SEBI has decided to postpone the application date. The decision includes all streams under the SEBI Grade A recruitment, including the General, Legal, Information Technology, Engineering Electrical, Research, and Official Language streams.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) will announce the revised dates for the online application process in due time. Aspiring candidates should await further instructions and regularly check the official SEBI website and other credible sources for updates.
