Overview: Narsee Monjee Institutes of Management Studies (NMIMS) finally released the application window on December 6, 2023, for NPAT 2024. There are a lot of new updates this year released through a notification including eligibility criteria, retakes and application fees. Let's see these updates in detail.

NMIMS NPAT (NMIMS Programs after Twelfth) 

NMIMS NPAT, conducted by NMIMS University, is a gateway to their esteemed BBA program. With its application process open, this exam stands as an imperative for those eyeing a comprehensive management education. The program's multidisciplinary approach and industry-aligned curriculum make NMIMS BBA an enticing choice for aspirants.

What will be new in NPAT 2024?

1. There will be total 3 attempts- one main and other 2 retakes. You can appear for all three in different time span between January 1, 2024, to May 25, 2024.
    
2. Merit list will be prepared based on the performance of the candidate in NMIMS-NPAT exam. There will be no weightage of both Personal Interview (PI) and academic records.
    
3. There is a change in duration of UG programs via NPAT for School of Commerce (SOC), School of Economics (SOE) & Jyoti Dalal School of Liberal Arts (JDSOLA). In accordance with NEP 2020 guidelines, NMIMS University will be introducing a 4-year duration degree program (UG) from the academic year 2024-2025 with a focus on research / multi-disciplinary focus in the 4th Year.
    
4. Students will be provided with exit option after 3 years. A student pursuing a 3-year degree will not be eligible Hons. Degree.
    
5. Following are the program that have now been introduced with 4-year duration:
   • BBA / B.Com / B.Sc. Finance
   • B.Sc. Economics (4 years program)
   • BA in Liberal Arts
