Here are the major 5 stages of the IIM Rohtak admission process for PGP 2025-2027 batches:

Stage 1: Online Registration for PGP Admission 2025-27

The first stage of the IIM Rohtak admission process for PGP 2026-28 is meeting the minimum eligibility criteria for CAT 2025 aspirants. This is based on the aggregate percentile of the candidates obtained in the CAT 2024 entrance examination.

• Candidates must create a Login ID (username and password) for online registration and submit an application form with a non-refundable registration fee of INR 3095.
• The candidates who are found eligible will receive an email along with a web link to register for the PI process.

Note: It is essential to understand that fulfilling the required eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection for the PI round.

Stage II- Personal Interview (PI)

• Candidates who advance to Stage I will proceed to Stage II, which is the Personal Interview.
• All shortlisted candidates will receive an email with a link to download their call letters for the Personal Interview.
• The call letter will include important details like the date, time, and other necessary guidelines.

Stage III - The Final Selection List based on CAT, Personal Interview & Diversity scores

• The CAT percentile will count for 60% of the total score. The Personal Interview will account for 20%, and another 20% will come from Academic and Gender diversity factors.
• We'll use these scores from the CAT, Personal Interview, and Diversity to create a merit list. This list will help us inform candidates about the next stage of the admission process.

Stage IV – Offer for Provisional Admission for the PGP Programme 2026-28 Batch

Candidates will receive provisional admission offers based on their rank and seat availability in various categories (such as General, EWS, NC-OBC, SC, ST, and DAP) as per government regulations.

• Shortlisted candidates will receive a provisional offer letter from pgpadmission@iimrohtak.ac.in at their registered email.
• If a candidate accepts the offer from IIM Rohtak (IIM-R) by the specified date, they must pay the Offer Acceptance Amount through the admission portal. They will get a receipt and a text message from the bank confirming the payment.
• Once the acceptance is processed, candidates will receive a confirmation letter regarding their provisional admission to the PGP program for the 2025-27 academic year.

This letter will include details on when and where to report, deadlines for fee payment, the fee structure, necessary documents (such as affidavits, medical certificates, and ID proof), and a schedule for classes.

Stage V – Reporting for joining the PGP Programme 2026-28 Batch

• The candidate must log in to the Institute's website using their username and password to pay the Term Fee and Mess Fee included in the offer letter by the deadline.
• They also need to follow the instructions in the joining letter regarding reporting to the Institute.
• Upon arrival on campus, the admission team will review their documents and assign a hostel room. Rooms will be given on a first-come, first-served basis for both male and female students.
• For the DAP category, twin-sharing rooms will be arranged on the ground floor, if possible.
