What is The IBPS SO Handwritten Declaration Format?

In order to apply for the IBPS Specialist Officer exam, candidates have to upload a handwritten declaration. This handwritten declaration is needed as a proof that all information entered is correct & there is no scope of misinformation or misleading the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

“I, _______ (Applicant's Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

This above-mentioned declaration format must be written by hand and uploaded on the application form by all applicants. Please note the following 3 essential points before writing the declaration

1. All candidates must make sure that the declaration is written in their own handwriting only. 
2. Use Blue or Black pen to write the declaration, no other colour pen or pencil should be used for the declaration.
3. In case of Visually Impaired candidates, the declaration can be typed and the candidate will need to input their left thumb impression after below the declaration & upload it on the IBPS SO Online Form.
