Latest: DMRC has revised the work experience criteria for posts of Executive, Assistant Programmer, Stores Assistant, Office Assistant, and Stenographer. Also, the last date to apply online has been extended until 20th January 2020. 

• The DMRC Application Form 2020 is active to be filled up from 13th December and last till the 20th January 2020
• Candidates can fill up the Application Form only in an Online Mode
• All interested candidates are strictly advised to go through the DMRC Vacancy 2020 Details before filling up the form
• The Application Fee for General, OBC, EWS is Rs. 500 and for SC, ST, PH, Female Candidates is Rs.250

DMRC Eligibility Criteria

As per the DMRC Notifications, the mandatory criteria of 2 years qualification work experience for posts of Executive, Assistant Programmer, Stores Assistant, Office Assistant, and Stenographer has been relaxed. The candidates will have to pass the following eligibility criteria first to fill up the DMRC Application Form. Final Year students can also apply.

1. Age Criteria-

• For Section A-Regular Executive Category Posts, 18 to 30 years is the age criteria
• For Section B-Non Regular Executive Category Posts, 18 to 28 years for postcodes-RNE01 TO RNE07, RNE09, RNE10, RNE13, RNE16 to RNE18
• For Section B-Non Regular Executive Category Posts, 18 to 30 years for postcodes- RNE08, RNE11, RNE12, RNE14, RNE15
• For Section C-Executive Contractual Posts,18 to 30 years is the age criteria
• For Section D-Non Executive Contractual Posts,18 to 28 years is the age criteria for CNE01 TO CNE03, CNE05 TO CNE06
• For Section D-Non Executive Contractual Posts, Post Code CNE04, age criteria are 18 to 30 years

2. Educational Qualification-

The candidates applying for the Executive and Non-Executive Posts need to have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognized University. In certain posts, it is required to have specific relevant Degrees.

How to fill the DMRC 2020 Application Form?

The candidates are required to fill the DMRC Application Form 2020 in a systematic manner in the below-given steps-

Step 1-Apply Online through the Official Website only and no other mode/means of application will be accepted and there is no need to submit hard copies of the Application Form or the documents

Step 2-Keep a valid Email ID and a mobile number while filling up the Application Form. The Email and Phone Number should be kept active during the DMRC Recruitment Process. If any eligible candidate does not have a valid Email Id, he/she should create one. Under no circumstances, the candidates should share or mention the Email Id of some other person

Step 3-Visit the Official Website of DMRC i.e www.delhimetrorail.com and click on the "Career" option

Step 4-Then, open the Official Notification Titled- "DMRC/HR/RECTT./I/2019"

Step 5-Go through the vacancy notification first to know the eligibility criteria, age limit, and other important information

Step 6-Fill up the details asked in the Registration Form. In the Registration Form, you should select the post category, fill Name, Contact Number and Email Id for registration.

Then enter the CAPCHA and Check the "I Agree" box and click on the 'Register' button. Your login ID and password will be sent to your Email and SMS. An application Sequence number and a password shows up when your DMRC 2020 Registration Form is filled up properly

Step 7-Once the Registration process is over, the form will be redirected to the DMRC Application Page. You will have to click on the "Go to Application" Button here

Step8 - You can also reach the Application Form page directly via the below login page using all the mailed credentials on your Email

Step 9-Now fill-up the  DMRC 2020 Application Form which consists of details related to personal details, Eligibility Details, and Declaration Tabs

Step 10-Upload the scanned copies of 

• Recent Passport sized Scanned Photos with a maximum of 80KB Size in JPEG/JPG Format
• Recent Scanned Signed of 80KB Size in JPEG/JPG Format
• Category/Caste Certificate for OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwBD with a maximum of 1MB Size in JPG or JPEG format
• Proof of Date of Birth Document as per the guidelines(maximum of 1MB Size in JPG or JPEG format)
• Qualifying marks certificate/last semester marks sheet (maximum of 1MB Size in JPG or JPEG format)
• Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking etc. should be used for transaction exam fee, as only online payment is applicable

Step 11- Read the declaration and enter the CAPTCHA and Check the "I Agree" box and submit

Step 12-After clicking on the ''Submit " Button, the form will be redirected to the page below. Here click on Qualification Details Tab to apply for the various posts-

Step 13-On this page various applying category is available based on social category-

Step 14-Read the declaration and enter the CAPTCHA and Check the "I Agree" box and submit. Preview Button can be used to check the details before submitting the form.

Step 15-Lastly, you will be directed to the payment gateway after successfully submitting the DMRC Application Form 2020. After the successful submission of the payment acknowledge slip is generated. The slip will consist of the unique application sequence number, transaction Id, applicant name, category, exam fees and post applied for.Until the payment is successfully made, the candidate will not be registered for the test.

General Instructions/Pre-Requisites for the DMRC 2020 Application Form

There are a few general instructions or pre-requisites that the candidates need to abide by before filling the application form. The instructions are as follows-

• All the particulars furnished by the candidate should be correct in all respect. If it is found in any stage of the recruitment that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or any of his/her submitted particulars has false/incorrect information, his/her candidature will be canceled. If any of these is/are detected after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
• The validity of the Panel will be two years from the date of approval
• Selection of candidates by DMRC does not confer any right to the candidates for appointment
• It is must for the Candidates that if employed in a government department/PSU/Autonomous Body, they produce NOC from the present employer on the date of GD &/or Interview/Psycho Test/Skill Test/Medical Examination
• Caste certificate, EWS, PwBD Certificate must be in prescribed formats for reservation, relaxation, etc. 
• Candidates are suggested to keep enough number of same photographs that they used in the DMRC Application Form 2020 in reserve for future use
• There is no provision for change in an email address or phone number in any phase of the recruitment process
• Court of Jurisdiction for any dispute will be in Delhi 
• DMRC alone fixes the cut-off for each component of selection for any/all  the posts
• It is mandatory for the candidates to remain in constant touch with the Official Website for information regarding the dates of CBT, results, schedule, interview, psycho test, skill test standard of vision for Medical Test, etc.

Retrieve the Registration/Application Number or Password

All the candidates will be alotted with the unique Application Sequence Number and a password after the DMRC Registration number 2020. In case the candidates forget the password, he/she can follow the following steps-

• Visit the login Page of DMRC and enter your registration Id
• Click on 'Forgot Password'
• The Applicants will be required to enter the Date of Birth/Parent's Name
• Click on the 'submit' option and enter the new password two times
