How To Download the XAT Admit Card?

XAT exam admit card contains the candidate's name, roll number, photo, reporting time, and test venue. The admit card for the XAT exam usually is available for download until the exam day. To download their XAT admit cards, candidates need to use login credentials created during XAT registration.

• STEP 1: Visit the official website of XAT (xatonline.in)
• STEP 2: Click on the “Login” tab
• STEP 3: Log in using the XAT User ID created during registration and your date of Birth, then click on ‘login.’
• STEP 4: Click on the ‘XAT exam admit card’ tab
• STEP 5: The option to download the XAT 2024 admit card will appear on the screen
• STEP 6: Click on download and save the admit card for the XAT exam in PDF format.

The XAT exam 2025 is going to be held in various cities in India in online mode. The official website of the XAT exam has released some guidelines that every candidate needs to follow without fail. Here are the key XAT exam day instructions:

• If the XAT admit card contains an error, candidates are advised to bring this issue to the attention of the exam-conducting body.
• No request for change in the XAT examination centre will be entertained
• Admit card for the XAT exam is valid for a specific period
• After the closure of the entrance gate, no candidates will be allowed to enter
• The candidature for the XAT exam is completely provisional. The candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage of the exam if the candidate's eligibility criteria are not fulfilled the candidates.
• Use of any electronic device, such as a calculator, mobile phone, smartwatch, etc., is strictly prohibited inside the exam lab.
• Candidates must carry their sanitiser bottle (50 ml), mask and gloves.
• Candidates should carry a recent passport-size photograph if there is any discrepancy in the photograph.
• Before entering the XAT exam hall, candidates must go through the frisking process. No facility for storage will be provided to candidates; hence, if any objectionable item is found, candidates will be asked to leave it outside the XAT exam premises.
• Before 10 minutes of the examination, candidates will be allowed to log into the allotted computer system.
• Candidates will be given a rough sheet and pen in the examination hall.
• After completing the XAT entrance test, candidates must submit the rough sheet to the exam invigilator.

Here are some important things to keep in mind on the day of XAT exam 2025:

You must bring a printed copy of your XAT admission card to the exam centre; digital copies are not accepted. Follow the guidelines from XLRI and the XAT exam authorities regarding the admission card.

What If I Misplace My XAT Admit Card?

If you lose your XAT exam admit card, don't worry. You can download another copy from your XAT account. Just log in with your application number and password to get it again. Save it in a folder or email so you can print it anytime. 

The download link is available until the exam day, so ensure you have a copy saved. After the exam, you won’t be able to download it again. Therefore, save the PDF of your XAT admit card in a folder or email for future use.
