The Preliminary Examination of the Uttarakhand Judiciary Exam consists of 2 Parts.

Part 1 of the Uttarakhand Judiciary prelims exam consists of 50 objective-type questions and for each correct answer 1 mark is allotted and there is NO NEGATIVE marking for incorrect answers.

Part 2 of the Uttarakhand Judiciary exam consists of 150 objective-type questions and for each correct answer 1 mark is allotted and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers. To attempt both the 2 parts the time allotted is 3 hours.

You must score at least 40 marks in the test to get shortlisted for the personality test.

Personality Test

You will be eligible to appear for the personality test only if you qualify in the mains examination. The personality test is conducted for a total of 100 marks. 

Your suitability for employment in the Judicial Service will be tested with reference to your record at School, College, and University and your personality, address, and physique.
