Section-Wise UPTET 2018 Paper Analysis

Child Development & Pedagogy- The candidates will be tested their teaching and learning skills. The difficulty level of questions is from Easy to Moderate. It was a scoring area and questions were easier compared to previous year papers. Around 9 questions that came in the exam were on the easy level. Around 9 questions came from the Learning Theory & Methods Topic.

English Language-Questions were mostly based on Vocabulary and Grammar. There was no presence of passages in the papers. The questions asked were on the difficult side in comparison to the previous year.

Social Studies - This section consisted of questions of the same difficulty level as the previous years. There was no much change in the type of questions

Mathematics - This section was on the most difficult side. Most of the questions were from Advanced Mathematics.

Environmental Studies - The level of questions asked in this section was the same as the previous year. It was a scoring section

Hindi- Most questions were on an easier mode. Most questions came from the Hindi Vyakaran
