Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the official UPPSC PCS Notification 2020 on 21 April 2020 to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Provincial Civil Service (PCS). Interested candidates can check the complete post to know the UPPSC PCS Eligibility Criteria 2020 before applying for the post.
The commission has listed out the detailed eligibility criteria for all posts separately in the UPPSC PCS Notification 2020. Candidates must check the notification to know the required criteria to apply for the UPPSC PCS 2020 Exam.
Before applying for any exam, aspirants must check the age limit of a particular exam they are applying for because each exam has different age limit criteria. Here is a glimpse of an age limit for the UPPSC PCS exam.
As per the notification, Candidates' maximum age should not exceed 40 years as on 01 July 2020.
The commission has provided some relaxation in the age limit for reserved categories. Let us have a look at the table below to know the age relaxation of different categories.

It is stated that a candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification to apply for UPPSC PCS Exam 2020.

A candidate is eligible to apply for the UPPSC PCS 2020 Exam only if he is a citizen of India. Candidates from other countries are not eligible to fill the application form.
A person having more than one wife/husband shall not be eligible to apply for the exam unless they have exemption certification from the Honourable Governor.
Candidates also must meet the eligibility criteria of physical measurements or Fitness in order to qualify in UPPSC PCS Exam. They must undergo a medical test after the completion of the interview.
