- 02nd January 2021: The second phase of the 1st stage Computer-based test will be held from 16 January 2021 to 30 January 2021. The admit card will be released 4 days prior to the exam.

- 17th December 2020: The Ministry of Railways has released an official notice regarding the exam schedule for the 1st stage i.e., Computer Based Test. - 01st December 2020: As per the recent announcement by the Ministry of Railways, CBT 1 is scheduled from 28th December 2020 to March last week 2021. Candidates appearing for the exam can gear up their revisions and be exam ready.

- 18th September 2020: Candidates can check the form status by logging in to the official portal using the application form number and date of birth.
- 16th September 2020: RRB will activate the RRB NTPC Application Form Status Link in September 2020. Candidates who had applied for RRB NTPC 2020 can check their application form status and know if they are eligible for taking up the exam.
- 5th September 2020: In view of the current situation across the globe, the Railway Exams were postponed. Today, the chairman of the Railway Board announced that they will start conducting the computer Online Based Test from 15th December 2020.

RRB NTPC Eligibility 2020
RRB NTPC Eligibility is broadly divided into age limit and academic qualification for each post.
Age Limit 2020
- The minimum age required to apply for NTPC 2020 is 18 years.
- The upper age limit is 33 years for graduate posts, however, it can be relaxed according to the candidate’s category.
- Age Relaxation is based as per the Railway Norms.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates applying for Undergraduate posts must have the official 12th certificate.
- A candidate should be a graduate from a university or an educational institute which is easily recognized by the Parliament or State Legislature if they want to apply for Graduate Posts.
- Candidates who are applying for the positions of Junior Accounts Assistant cum Typist (JAA), Senior Clerk cum Typist (SCT) and Time Keeper (TK) should have accurate knowledge and proficiency in Hindi and English Typing.
- There is absolutely no education qualification relaxation.
RRB NTPC Vacancy 2020
Given below is RRB NTPC Vacancy for the posts introduced for graduates as well as undergraduates: As per the recent update by RRB NTPC 2020 Vacancy Notification, the vacancies for non-technical posts have gone to 35208. A total of 69 posts were decreased in the RRB NTPC Latest Notification.
RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019-20 will be conducted for 8 posts for graduates and for 5 posts for undergraduates. The posts belong to a non-technical background. The best post in RRB is Commercial Apprentice (CA). However, this year the total RRB NTPC Revised Vacancy is 35208 for all the posts for undergraduates and graduates. How to Apply for RRB NTPC 2020?
The RRB NTPC Online Application Form filling process was successfully concluded on April 12, 2019. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria completely could apply for the exam. Depending on eligibility, candidates get a list of posts. They have to choose their choice in the application form in order of preference. Given below are the steps required to fill the Application Form 2020:
- Visit the official website of the respective RRB location.
- Find and click on the direct application link to apply for RRB NTPC Recruitment Notification.
- Mention the personal and eligibility information asked correctly after you are redirected to the main form filling the page.
- Post submission of the details, which will be directed to a page to fill your desired post. Candidates can choose from the posts published by Railway Board.
- Fill the choice of the post in the order of preference by marking your initial priority as 1. Make sure to use a descending order method to mark your preference.
- After submitting the post preference, mention the further personal details and academic details to continue the application process.
- Verify all the details and move to the next step; uploading photograph and signature.
- Click on the Upload button against the Photograph/ Signature tab and select scanned images from the mobile/desktop
- After selecting the right image, click on the Upload button. Make sure the photo and signature meet all the requirements.
- After completing the form filling process, proceed to the fee payment. Select payment mode- Online (Debit/ Credit/ Net Banking) or Offline (SBI/ Post Office Challan)
- If anyone opts for online mode, enter the card details or bank details as asked. For offline mode, make sure the details entered in the challan are correct.
- The online mode payment is updated immediately while the offline payment is updated after 2 hours.
RRB NTPC Application Fee 2020

- The highest-paid job vacancies are Station Master (SM) and Commercial Apprentice (CA).

RRB NTPC Exam Centers 2020
The exam for Railway Recruitment 2020 is conducted in different cities of different states and union territories across India. The candidates get to choose 5 priority-wise options to select an RRB NTPC exam center.

RRB NTPC Exam Day Instructions 2020
Due to the current scenario, the exam would be conducted with extra safety measures. However, here are few RRB NTPC Exam Day Instructions to be followed on the day of the exam by each candidate. If any candidate doesn't follow these rules, their candidature will be rejected and they cannot appear for the exam.
- The first instruction is to make sure you reach the exam center at least half an hour before the reporting time.
- Wearing masks and gloves are compulsory for the exam. Also, the candidate's temperature will be checked at the exam entrance. Any candidate having a body temperature above 98.5 F will not be allowed to take up the exam.
- Follow the dress code as instructed by the exam conducting authority.
- Carry all the necessary documents to the exam center without fail.
- No electronic gadgets are allowed to the exam hall. Also, no fancy jewelry is to be worn by any candidate.
RRB NTPC Exam Pattern 2020

RRB NTPC Prelims Pattern
- The examination will last for 90 minutes.
- 1/3 will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
- A total of 100 questions of 1 mark each.

RRB NTPC Mains Exam Pattern
- Mains examination will have 4 sections- Reasoning, Arithmetic Ability, General Awareness, and General Science.
