Note: 

During the probation period mentioned in the offer of appointment or extended probation period whichever is more, newly appointment candidates shall be paid

‘Fixed monthly emoluments’ of initial payment only and will not include any grade pay, DA, annual increment or any other allowance except the TA(traveling allowance) as per the post held.

PSPCL Salary Incentives & Allowances 

In addition to the Basic Pay, the PSPCL Salary also includes various allowances:

  1. HRA- HRA stands of House Rent Allowance. This is a reimbursement which is provided to the employee as a stay ease
  2. Dearness Allowance(DA) is the cost of living adjustment allowance which the government pays to the employees of the public sector as well as pensioners of the same.
  3. Medical Facility: The employees are provided medical facilities which means whatever the cost of medical treatment is, it will be reimbursed later.
  4. Subsidized Bills: The one who works in this sector gets discounted bills.
  5. Provident Fund: This is actually a deduction that is made from the salary. However, you will get this after your retirement. There are two types of PF i.e., GPF and EPF, which are deducted from the salary every year and are returned to you at the time of your retirement.
  6. Convenience Facility: Travel expenses for work purposes are reimbursed by the company.

  • Prepare estimates such as the installation of new transformers, poles, cables, etc.
  • To draw all the materials from the store on your responsibility and accountability.
  • To get the damaged transformers changed in time.
  • Send liners to disconnect supplies from consumers who do not pay bills.
  • To keep all the records concerned as new meters drawn from or returned to the laboratory.
