New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) will conduct  NIACL AO 2020 exam to recruit candidates for the post of Administrative Officer (Generalists & Specialists).

  • The NIACL AO Application Form shall be available from the last week of December 2019.

  • The final result for NIACL AO 2020 exam will be based on the basis of marks obtained in mains and interview.

  • The NIACL AO online practice tests follow the exam pattern prescribed by NIACL Which will help to better assess the preparation of your NIACL AO  test.


NIACL AO 2020  Exam Pattern

NIACL AO 2020 will be conducted in three different stages:

  • Preliminary Exam

  • Mains Exam

  • Interview Process


NIACL 2020 Preliminary Exam Pattern

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online consisting of 3 sections as follows:

Note :

  • Candidates have to qualify in each test/section by securing passing marks to be decided by the Company. 

  • An adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Company (approximately 15 times the number of vacancies subject to availability) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination.


NIACL 2020 Mains Exam Pattern

Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and Descriptive Test for 30 marks. Both the Objective and Descriptive Tests will be online. Candidates will have to answer the Descriptive Test by typing on the computer. Immediately after completion of the Objective Test, Descriptive Test will be administered.

Descriptive Test

The duration of the NIACL AO Descriptive Test will be 30 minutes and it will hold 30 marks. It will be a Test of English Language – Letter & Essay writing. NIACL AO descriptive test will be conducted in English and will take place online.
