  • Insurance Allowance: Group Personal Accident Insurance is provided. Vehicle Loan (2-wheeler) according to the rules, etc is also provided. Defined Contributory Pension, Gratuity, LTC
  • Dearness Allowance: The Dearness Allowance is refined quarterly on the basis of the Consumer Price Index. This element of LIC Assistant Salary forms approx 40% of the Basic Pay. As the CPI is dependent on inflation rates, the DA can rise or fall based on that

LIC Assistant Job Profile (Responsibilities)

There is a probation period of 6 months all the selected candidates have to serve. The same can be extended up to 1 year based on one's performance and learning skills.
