The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the JEE Main Paper 2 Exam, a national level examination annually to provide admissions into the undergraduate engineering and architecture courses provided by NITs, IIITs, and IITs.   • As per the JEE Main Paper 2 Exam Dates, the exam is conducted twice in a year. Session 1 is conducted in January and session 2 in April.

Changes in JEE Mains Exam Pattern 2020

The authorities of the JEE Mains have made some new changes in the exam pattern for JEE Mains 2020 exam which are given below:

  • Paper-1 JEE Main Exam will consist of 25 questions instead of 30. The 25  MCQ's will also comprise of 5 numerical questions.
  • For Paper-2 a separate section has been created for B.Planning. Candidates have to attempt 25 questions instead of 30 questions. Students appearing for the B. planning exam will have to attempt 25 MCQs from the Planning section instead of the Drawing section.
