Required Documents to Fill Form

The officials have released the IBPS Clerk 2019 Notification PDF on September 12, 2019. Some most important documents to fill the form for the same are as follows:

Marksheets

It is mandatory to upload the mark sheets of class X, XII, graduation and/or other equivalent exams

Applicant's Photograph

The form needs a visible, clear and current passport-size photo of the applicant. Without that, one cannot move further to fill the form.

  • The size of the photo should be between 20kb-50kb
  • The dimensions of the photo must be 200 x 230 pixels
  • The applicant in the photo should be front-facing the camera
  • The photo must be in JPEG Format. Otherwise, form the officials will reject the form

Scanned Copy of Signature

One also has to upload a scanned copy of your signature. The same signature that is on the official documents like Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.

  • The signature's scanned photo should be between 10kb-20kb
  • The photo of signature dimensions must be 140 x 60 pixels
  • The signature should be in a running hand and not in BLOCK letters.
  • Also, they must be in blank ink on a white paper
  • They should be visible and clear

Caste Certificate

Those who belong to reserved categories should upload their official caste certificates. They have to upload the scanned copies of the same.

  • Those between 20-28 years can register. For reserved categories, age-relaxation is applicable
  • There is a specific number of vacancies reserved for categories other than General
  • To benefit, one must upload the scanned copies of their caste certificate

Thumb Impression

If one does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb. If both thumbs are missing, then take an impression of one of the fingers of the left hand. Begin from the forefinger.

  • If there are no fingers on the left hand, then take an impression of one of the fingers of the right hand. Begin from the forefinger
  • If no fingers are there, then give the impression of left toe, specify the finger in the uploaded document
  • The name of finger and the specification of left/right hand or toe)
  • The left thumb impression should be a scanned one and not smudged

Hand Written Declaration

A handwritten declaration is necessary. Read the details below:

  • A handwritten declaration should be there. In case of those who cannot write may get the text typed.
  • Then, put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed text
  • Then, upload the document according to specifications
  • One must ensure that all these scanned documents match the required specifications
The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows – “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

How To Apply For IBPS Clerk Application Form?

Before filling IBPS Clerk Form 2019, must ensure to fulfill eligibility conditions. Without satisfying that, one's form can be rejected without any intimation.

STEP 1 - Registration

STEP 2 - Upload photograph, signature & LTI

What are the reasons for the rejection of IBPS Clerk Application Form?

There are possibilities of rejection of the application form. Read the follows to know:

  • If the application form is incomplete. Say, one has not uploaded the picture and signature, the officials will reject the form
  • If the payment is due, then also the form will be rejected. So, pay the fee before the window for payment closes
  • In case, the photo and signature are unclear, the face is not properly seen, the officials will reject the form right away

I forgot my password for IBPS Clerk Application Form. How can I recover it?

First of all, mostly the password is one's date of birth. If still, it is not working, one should follow the steps given below:

Successfully registered individuals will receive an email or SMS which will inform them of their application. The system would send the login credentials i.e. Registration No. and Password. I have not received the email for successful registration. What should I do?

The login id and password are sent by auto-response confirmation emails. These e-mails delivery depends on the following things:

  • The policy of your E-mail Service Provider to receive correctly and divert such emails under Bulk or Spam Mails.
  • In case of Govt./official /company e-mail Ids, delivery is under the control of your Company Policies.

In these situations, one must visit the Official Page to Print the Application, take out the print and save for future procedures. If you do not get the application printout through Print option, your application is still not saved. So, now you have to apply again.

While one replies back to the confirmation e-mails for general issues, kindly keep the text including "Registration No." and "Password" credentials.

If I am replying back with my problem, what should I write in the e-mail?

There is no need to write anything lengthy. Only a few details are to be mentioned in the e-mail which are as follows:

  • Registration Number
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Full Name (the same entered in the application form)

If the application has failed or some other error is there, the officials will demand/require a screenshot of the problem in JPG, GIF format or as MS Word format.
