XAT 2018: Xavier Aptitude Test is a popular competitive MBA Entrance exam. XAT will be conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur on January 7, 2018. It is a paper -pencil test of 3 hours and 30 minutes duration and consists of both objective and subjective type questions. XAT scores are accepted by more than 150 participating B-schools and institutes. About less than 1 lakh candidates apply for XAT every year. The application process for XAT 2018 will commence tentatively from the third week of August 2017. Candidates aspiring to be MBA’s can apply for XAT 2018. Eligibility would be Bachelors Degree from a recognized university or institute in any discipline.

XAT Eligibility Criteria 2018:
- XAT 2018 is conducted by XLRI Jamshedpur. Applicants of XAT 2018 must possess Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a degree programme that has duration of 3 years.
- Final Year Graduation students can also apply for the exam provided their graduation programme is completed by June 2018.
XAT Application Form 2018:
XAT 2018 is expected to commence from the third week of August 2017. XAT 2018 application form is completely online. Aspirants must apply for the test and must visit the official website of XAT and register online by entering the official website of XAT. Online Application form will be divided into categories like personal details, academic details, professional details, programme in XLRI that candidate is applying. Candidate must then upload photograph and signature and pay the application fee.
XAT Application Fee 2018
Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 1600 for early applicants. For each XAT programme, the application fee if Rs. 300. Late application fee for XAT programme is Rs. 2000 and for XLRI programme, late fee is Rs. 500.

XAT Admit card 2018:
XAT 2018 admit card is expected to be available from December third week. XAT admit card 2018 will be available in online mode only. Candidates must download the XAT 2018 admit card from the official website. To download XAT 2017 admit card, candidates have to enter registration number and date of birth in DD/MM/YY format. XAT Admit card will carry information of the candidate like name, Date of birth and contact details along with name of test center and address. Candidates will also be given the admit card of XAT 2018.
XAT Exam Pattern 2018:
XAT is a paper pencil based test. The XAT Exam consists of Paper 1 and Paper 2. The Paper 1 will consists of 72 questions and Paper 2 will consists of 25 questions and one essay topic. The Paper 1 will have a total time of 170 minutes while paper 2 has a time duration of 2 is 35 minutes.

How to Prepare for XAT?
Gather complete Details about the Exam. XAT is no cake-walk and will require effort and efficiency from your end to do well in the exams. Make a time-table for preparation and try new topics. The syllabus for XAT like any other MBA entrance is often very exhaustive and vast. So you will have to invest time, money and effort into XAT in order to get into any of the participating institutes that are reputed for the education and environment that they have to offer. It is advisable to attempt the previous years question papers and sample papers.
There is no fixed syllabus for XAT exam. The Syllabus would comprise of various topics like Decision Making, Analytical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and General Knowledge in XAT exam. Most of the questions will be from the above sections.
XAT Admit Card 2018:
Candidates can download XAT Admit card 2018 via online mode. XAT Hall ticket will be released from 24th December 2017. Candidates should carry the admit card to the examination hall.
XAT Result 2018
XAT 2018 Result will be announced on 31st January 2018. Candidates can access their results online through the official website. To check the results, candidates should enter the roll number and other details. Candidates can then proceed with counseling and seat allotment.

XAT admission 2018:
Based on the scores of candidates in XAT 2018 entrance exam, candidates will be invited for XAT counseling procedure 2018. Candidates will be called for counseling and seat allotment after they have received their scores for XAT 2018. Candidates have to also go for Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds. Candidates will be shortlisted for admission based on the marks that they have scored in Personal Interview and Group Discussion.
