Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Qualification for WBSEDCL AE Recruitment through GATE 2018: Candidate must have a 4-year Engineering Degree or B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics (Combined)/Power Engineering/B.Sc in Physics with 3 years B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from an AICTE approved institute or IIT.

• Civil Engineering Candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering

Age Criteria: Candidates applying for WBSEDCL Assistant Engineer Recruitment through GATE is as per government rules

Salary:

Appointed candidates shall receive Rs. 15600-Rs. 39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400 as monthly income from a concerned department of the WBSEDCL

• Mark sheets from Class 10 onwards

• Caste certificate if applicable

• PWD Certificate if applicable

• NOC from the employer if employed

• Bank Challan copy.

Selection Process for WBSEDCL Recruitment through GATE:

Candidates must possess GATE 2018 score at the time of interview. After shortlisting, they will have to appear for Personal Interview and Group Discussion. Final Merit list will be based on GATE 2018 score and score obtained after Personal Interview.
