trb conducts tet teacher eligibility test. the pass mark for the test is 60% in case of OC and 55% for others. a candidate obtaining 60% marks in the test becomes an eligible teacher to teach in government schools. but because of insufficient vacant in the government, the teacher becomes ineligible teacher. is this a correct logic? if it is not, then why those who are educationally qualified for teacher should not ask the government?
