Staff Selection Commission(SSC) invites application for selection posts under Group B and C from eligible candidates across the country. These are region wise vacancies. The SSC is divides into 7 regions. The respective region will notify the posts and vacancies separately.

SSC Central region (CR) has issued a notification regarding the exam dates for the SSC Selection posts in various categories. There are 16 posts for which the recruitment is being conducted.

SSC Central Region States : UP and Bihar

SSC  Selection Post exam date : 16^th July 2017

(1) Agriculture Assistant

Vacancies : UR-01 OBC- 01

Selection Criteria : 65% and above marks in EQ for UR candidates and All eligible OBC candidates have been called for Exam

(2) Assistant Scientific Officer (Chemistry)

Vacancies :  UR-01

Selection Criteria :  All eligible candidates have been called for Exam

(3) Junior Chemist

Vacancies :   UR-03, OBC-02 ST-01

Selection Criteria :

65% and above marks in EQ for UR & OBC candidates and All eligible ST candidates have been called for Examination.

(4) Junior Engineer(QA) i.e. JE(QA)-Gentex

Vacancies :    UR-11, OBC- 06, SC-04, ST-01 (one HH reserved)

Selection Criteria :

65% and above marks in EQ for UR candidates and All eligible OBC, SC & ST candidates have been called for Examination.

(5) Scientific Assistant (Chemistry)

Vacancies :    UR-14, OBC-09, SC-01, ST- 04

All eligible UR,OBC,SC&ST candidates have been called for Examination.
