SSC Selection Post Recruitment – Exam dates Revised
Earlier this year, Staff Selection Commission did release the SSC annual calendar for exams. Accordingly, the notification for SSC Selection Post Recruitment Phase-VI 2018 is out on 5th September 2018. The Commission has not yet announced the number of vacancies for Group B, Group-C (Class-II) and Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted and Non-Ministerial positions. Certainly, we will update the details of the vacancy once released officially. Now SSC has released a notification that the examination dates have been revised. SSC Selection Post Vacancy 2018 – Zone wise
SSC has not released the number of vacancies in the official notification. The Commission is expecting applications from all over India to fill up positions that categorically fall under different regions. You can choose form the following Zones likewise:
New Delhi- SSC Northern Region (NR)
Kolkata – SSC Eastern Region (ER)
Mumbai- SSC Western Region(WR)
Chennai – SSC Southern Region (SR)
Bangalore – SSC Karnataka Kerela Region (KKR)
Allahabad – SSC Central Region (CR)
Raipur – SSC Madhya Pradesh Region (MPR)
Chandigarh – SSC North Western Region (NWR)
Guwahati – SSC North Eastern Region (NER)
Eligibility Criteria for SSC Selection Post Recruitment (Phase – VI)
It is a big opportunity for all those who dream of qualifying SSC examination. For the reason that Selection posts consist of a variety of positions, the eligibility criteria also differs for all. Now, SSC has released an official notice stating that changes have been made in the eligibility criteria for the post of Senior Translator for Northern Region. Experience required has been increased from two years previously to three years as of now. Also, a few educational qualification conditions have been added to the previous criteria.

Age limit and Age Relaxation:
Majority of the posts have the age limits minimum 18 years to maximum 30 years. Furthermore, there are age relaxations for different categories that you can find in the table below:

The candidate applying for the SSC Selection Post Recruitment 2018 must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan or a Tibetian Refugee residing in India before 1st January, 1962. For even more details you can refer to the official notification.
SSC Selection Post Exam Pattern 2018
Previously in addition to a qualifying test, an interview was also conduction for SSC Selection posts recruitment. But due to new rules formed by Government, the selection procedure for SSC Selection posts recruitment will only be of a single phase Computer-Based Test. You have to achieve cut-off marks to qualify the test.

Furthermore, you must also know that the for each seat, 50 candidates (1:50) shall be shortlisted for the process of Document verification and hence merit list shall be announced, considering the university marks obtained by the candidate.
How to apply for SSC Selection Post Phase – VI
While the application link activates from 5th of September 2018, you can start registering yourself for the exam. The process will continue till 30.09.2018. Applications will be accepted only through online mode.

- Login to official SSC website.
- Now click on ‘Notices’ and then ‘Others’.
- Open ‘SSC Selection posts Application form Phase-VI 2018’.
- Fill up all required information for Registration -I.
- Upload Scan copy of Photograph and Signature.
- Make the Fee Payment.
- Click on ‘Submit’ and have a print copy of the application form for future reference.
Application Fees for SSC Selection Post Phase-VI 2018
The submission of application fees can be done through SBI Challan/SBI Netbanking or through credit/Debit cards of all banks. Applications received without application fee shall be rejected.
